New York, New York – August 24, 2006 – aNYthing today announced Empire Skateboard Distribution Company as their primary distributor. Under this agreement, Empire will assist aNYthing in the growth and distribution of their products worldwide. aNYthing was founded by Aaron Bondaroff, in 2001. Aaron, a former employee at Supreme started aNYthing because he believed he could provide an essential link between the many facets missing from the downtown culture. aNYthing is deeply rooted in Aaron’s love of NYC and the history behind the underground scene. The designs are collaborations of New York iconography and the street savvy talent of Aaron’s up and coming friends. In addition to a clothing line, aNYthing is also involved in releasing music through aNYthing Records, publishing and various other media outlets. Aaron also opened his store last year on historic Hester Street in the Lower East Side, and features a wide selection of interesting stuff for the educated shopper and is also know as "The Day Club" because of it's status as a hangout for the movers and shakers of downtown.

Under this agreement, Empire will act as Vehicles sole worldwide distributor. Vehicle Skateboards, Ltd. was created in 2000; by Robbie Gangemi, an original Zoo York professional skateboarder, Giovanni Estevez, skateboarder and an avid artist, and skateboarder Jamie Story, who is the designer of all Vehicle products. The mission of Vehicle Skateboards was to create a skateboard company run by skaters, for skaters. Therefore, Vehicle Skateboards is manufactured, operated, and owned by skaters. Under this agreement, Empire will distribute RockersNYC worldwide. RockersNYC was founded in 2003, by Creative Director, Marcus Burrowes. Marcus was then joined by his cousin and business partner, Sean Reveron, RockersNYC’s Cultural Engineer. Together they have built a foundation of originality for RockersNYC. Burrowes paints from his mind’s eye; he creates designs with intelligence and imagination. Reveron was raised on the boardwalks of Venice Beach, California and he has been a part of the skateboard community since 1975. Every RockersNYC shirt reflects their unique talents and dynamic worldview. Burrowes and Reveron met Greg Carroll, President of Empire Distribution Co. and a leader in the skateboard industry.
